Description

The Broadcom Limited ACPL-4800-000E is a DC input single channel half pitch phototransistor optocoupler in an 8-pin DIP package. It contains an AlGaAs LED. The device has a current transfer ratio of 100% to 200% and operates from a voltage of 4.5V to 20V. The ACPL-4800-000E optocoupler is suitable for high speed logic interface, microprocessor system interface, digital isolation for A/D, D/A conversion and computer peripheral interface.
