The LP3999ITL-2.8 is a low dropout voltage regulator from National Semiconductor, now part of Texas Instruments. The supply and demand status is limited. This regulator is designed for use in battery-powered systems and has a low quiescent current of 20 μA. It can regulate an input voltage of up to 6 V down to an output voltage of 2.8 V with a maximum output current of 150 mA. The LP3999ITL-2.8 is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package.
