The SFH6326 is a two-channel transistor output optocoupler from Vishay Semiconductor Opto Division. It is designed for use in applications requiring high voltage isolation between input and output. The device features a voltage isolation of 5300Vrms and an output voltage of up to 25V. The SFH6326 is housed in an 8-DIP package and is suitable for use in through-hole mounting style. The optocoupler operates in a wide temperature range of -55°C to 100°C and has a turn-on/turn-off time of 200ns and 500ns, respectively. The current transfer ratio of the device is 19% at 16mA.
