The newest MSP430FR2000 from TI is the smallest MCU in this series. It has 0.5KB internal memory and is compatible with all other functions except MSP430FR2100 with 10-bit ADC and 1KB internal memory. The MSP430FR2110 and MSP430FR2111 all come with a 10-bit ADC , The former with 2KB memory, the latter 4KB. Several of the above have low-cost, small memory, less peripheral features.
