The TDK Group has expanded its range of EPCOS film capacitors for DC links. The newly expanded B3277*H series is suitable for harsh environmental conditions and has been tested for 1000 hours of temperature and humidity (THB) at an ambient temperature of 60 ° C, 95% relative humidity and rated voltage. Extremely stable. Of course, for other special models, we also performed a 1,000-hour THB test at an ambient temperature of 85 °C, a relative humidity of 85%, and a rated voltage.

These capacitors are rated from 450 V DC to 1100 V DC and have capacitance values ​​from 1.5 μF to 120 μF. They are RoHS compliant and have a maximum operating temperature of 105 °C. Capacitor pin pitch is 27.5 mm, 37.5 mm or
52.5mm varies, depending on the rated voltage and capacitance of the component. Capacitors with a pitch of 52.5mm are only available
4-pin model. The self-healing capacitor has a service life of 50,000 hours at a rated voltage of 85 °C.

These capacitors are widely used in various fields, including PV system converters, inverters, and DC links for industrial applications. In addition, TDK Group can also provide capacitors that comply with the AEC-Q200 standard upon request.
