Fast 60V High-Side N-Channel MOSFET Driver with 100% Duty Cycle Capability

Linear Technology Corporation, a division of Analog Devices, Inc., introduced the LTC7004, a high-speed, high-side N-channel MOSFET driver that operates with supply voltages up to 60V. Its internal charge pump fully enhances the external N-channel MOSFET switch, allowing the device to remain on for an infinite amount of time.

The LTC7004 operates from a 3.5V to 15V driver bias supply range with adjustable undervoltage lockout.

The LTC7004 is available in the MSOP-10 package and has pins configured for high voltage intervals. The device has three operating junction temperature ranges, the extended and industrial versions range from –40°C to 125°C, the high-temperature automotive grade ranges from –40°C to 150°C, and the military grade ranges from –55 °C to 125 °C.
