Ultra-narrow, compact DIN rail power supply provides ultra-high efficiency

The compact size and narrow width of this power supply make it ideal for wall-mounted enclosures commonly used in building automation and safety applications. With an average efficiency of 87%, this series of DIN power supplies also meet ErP efficiency standards.

The DRL series is housed in a sturdy plastic housing, using common depths and heights of 55.6mm and 91mm respectively, and has four widths of 18, 36, 54 and 72mm, respectively rated for 10W, 30W, 60W and 100W. The model number. This series of power supplies operates over a wide input range of 85 to 264Vac and can withstand five seconds at 300Vac peaks. All package sizes are available with 24V output and 12V for 10, 30, and 60W models. The 30, 60, and 100W outputs can be adjusted in the range of 12 - 15V or 24 - 28V.

The DRL uses a Type II (double insulated) construction that requires no grounding and has an input and output isolation of 3000Vac. For the 10 and 30W versions, the no-load power consumption is less than 0.3W; for the 60 and 100W versions, the no-load power consumption is less than 0.5W. Convection cooling is used on all models, and the rated operating ambient temperature is -20 to +71°C (there is a derating at high temperatures).

This series of power supplies are IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60950-1 and UL 508 certified. They are all compliant with the CE Mark for Low Voltage, EMC, and RoHS2 Directives. They are also available in NEC Type 2 (according to UL1310) models. All models meet EN55022-B conducted emissions, EN55022-A radiated emissions, EN 61000-3-2 harmonic currents, and EN61000-4 immunity standards.
