Vishay OSOP Series SMD Dual Line Inline Thin-Film Network Resistor Models with Higher Accuracy

Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announced the launch of new 16-pin and 24-pin versions that conform to JEDEC MO-137 variation AB and AE, and expanded its OSOP series of surface-mount duals in a 25-mil pin pitch QSOP package. The network resistors announced today are suitable for precision voltage dividers and op amps, with a maximum height of 1.73 mm with a pedestal and a 25 mil pitch, which is 50% less than the board space required for current standard-pitch devices. Typical applications include telecommunications, industrial, process control, and medical devices.

In isolated circuits, the 16-pin and 24-pin resistor networks have 8 or 12 resistors, each with a resistance of 500Ω to 100kΩ and a power level of 100mW. In the circuit sharing the last pin, the device has 7 or 11 resistors. The network resistors feature a durable molded housing structure with no internal solder paste and an absolute TCR of ±25ppm/°C. At 70°C, ±0.015% resistance ratio can be maintained for 2000 hours.

The noise of the resistor is very low, less than -30dB, the voltage coefficient is less than 0.1ppm/V, and the operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The OSOP series is RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
