Littelfuse Bi-Directional TVS Diode Array Protects High-Speed ​​Interfaces from ESD

The SP3042 series of bidirectional discrete TVS diode arrays includes a reverse transient suppression diode fabricated using silicon avalanche technology that safely absorbs the highest value of repetitive ESD specified by the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (±30kV contact discharge).
