
The Infineon XMC1400 microcontroller from MOUSER offers a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0 core with outstanding real-time computing capabilities and a full range of peripheral functions. This 48MHz microcontroller is equipped with up to 200KB of flash and 16KB of RAM, providing a highly flexible set of peripherals including timers, PWM modules, and analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that can operate at 96MHz.
The XMC1400 series is designed for industrial control and includes capture/compare unit 8 (CCU8) for complex pulse width modulation (PWM) and capture/compare unit 4 (CCU4) for signal monitoring and PWM, two for motor positioning Position interface (POSIF), multiple high-speed analog comparators, and a brightness and color control unit (BCCU) for flicker-free digital dimming and color control of LEDs. This series provides standard communication interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, LIN and I2S.
The Infineon XMC1400 microcontroller can operate at temperatures from -40°C to 105°C, making it ideal for use in industrial environments, and comes with the Infineon DAVETM tool chain that includes low-level drivers and applications.
