Description

The Vishay Semiconductor Diodes Division 40EPS12 is an obsolete standard diode with an average rectified current of 40A and a maximum reverse voltage of 1200V. It comes in a TO-247AC modified package and can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The diode has a fast recovery of >500ns and >200mA (Io). It has a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 40A and a maximum reverse leakage current of 100μA at 1200V. The diode is commonly used in discrete semiconductor products.
