STMicroelectronics L7986TR Step-Down Switching Regulator

The L7986TR from STMicroelectronics is a highly efficient, monolithic synchronous step-down switching regulator that is designed to deliver up to 3 A of continuous output current. Operating from a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 38 V, this power management IC is ideal for a variety of applications that require a regulated lower voltage from a higher input voltage, including industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics.
