Description

The OB2263 is a highly integrated current mode PWM control IC optimized for high performance, low standby power and cost effective offline flyback converter applications in sub 30W range.

  • Design: designed to support buck, boost, buck-boost and flyback topologies
  • Integration: integrates a 500V power MOSFET and a full-featured controller into a single SO-8 package
  • Regulation: provides precise constant voltage (CV) regulation without an optocoupler
  • Cable compensation: proprietary cable compensation function allows for stable constant current (CC) regulation
  • Operation: green-mode power-saving operation at light loads, as well as frequency jittering modulation to reduce EMI noise
  • Package: standard SO-8 package
  • Operating Temperature: -40°C to 105°C temperature range
