The EPC9055 is an evaluation and demonstration board designed for use with eGaN power management devices.

  • Function: Half H-bridge driver with external FET
  • Maximum Output Capability: 100V and 3A
  • Voltage: Supplied with GaNFET driver circuit that uses 7V to 12V
  • IC/Part Utilized: EPC2106

The EPC9055 is not embedded and utilizes the EPC2106 IC/part. It is available in bulk packaging and is unaffected by REACH.
