The FQD5P20 is a P-Channel QFET® MOSFET from Fairchild Semiconductor (now ON Semiconductor). It employs advanced planar stripe and DMOS technology. This MOSFET is designed to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode.
