Microchip Technology's ATTINY13A-SHR

The ATTINY13A-SHR is a high-performance, low-power Microchip picoPower® 8-bit AVR® RISC-based microcontroller that combines 1KB ISP flash memory, 64B EEPROM, 64B SRAM, 6 general purpose I/O lines, 32 general purpose working registers, a 16-bit timer/counter with a separate prescaler, an internal and external interrupts, a 4-channel 10-bit A/D converter, programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator, three software selectable power saving modes, and debugWIRE for on-chip debugging. The device operates between 1.8-5.5 volts.

By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATTINY13A-SHR achieves throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz, balancing power consumption and processing speed. It is designed for use in a variety of applications, from consumer electronics to industrial automation.
