ON Semiconductor MC1413D High Voltage, High Current Darlington Transistor Arrays

The MC1413D from ON Semiconductor is a versatile and robust integrated circuit, designed to cater to a wide range of applications requiring high voltage and current driving capabilities. This high-performance Darlington transistor array is an ideal solution for interfacing between low-level logic circuitry and multiple peripheral power loads.

The device consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with a common-cathode clamp diode for switching inductive loads. Each pair is capable of driving loads up to 500mA and can withstand a peak load of 600mA, making the MC1413D suitable for driving a diverse array of devices such as relays, solenoids, LED displays, filament lamps, and thermal printers among others.
