The HS3DB is a fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation. It is designed for use in rectification applications. The diode has a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) of 200V and an average rectified current (Io) of 3A. It has a fast recovery speed (<500ns) and a reverse recovery time (trr) of 50ns. The diode has a reverse leakage current of 10μA at 200V reverse voltage (Vr) and a capacitance of 80pF at 4V and 1MHz frequency. It operates in a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The HS3DB is available in a DO-214AA (SMB) package and is RoHS compliant.
