The TransGuard® series of transient voltage suppressors (TVS) varistors is designed to provide reliable protection against voltage spikes and surges in electronic circuits. The VC121018J390TP is a surface mount varistor with a capacitance of 3100 pF @ 1 kHz and a varistor voltage range of 22.95 V to 28.05 V.
