Description

The CD4520BK is a dual CMOS binary up-counter that consists of two identical, internally synchronous 4-stage counters.

  • Counter Stages: D-type flip-flops having interchangeable Clock and Enable lines for incrementing on either the positive-going or negative-going transition
  • Features: a clear input (CLR) for resetting the counter to its all-zero state and a carry-out (CARRY OUT) signal that can be used to implement ripple carry counters for n-bit applications
  • RoHS Compliance: no
