The MP2617 is a power management (PMIC) battery charger with a tape & reel (TR) cut tape (CT) package. It has fault protection from over-temperature and a programmable constant charging current. The charger has a timer and a surface-mount mounting type with a 20-PowerTFQFN package/case. It has a supplier device package of 20-QFN (3x4) and a base product number of MP2617. The charger is manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems Inc. and is suitable for operating in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
