Description

The Monolithic Power Systems Inc. MP4462DN-LF-Z is an adjustable output buck converter with a frequency of up to 4MHz. It is designed to step-down the input voltage up to 36V to an output voltage as low as 0.8V and up to 30V. This integrated circuit has a single output and can deliver a current of up to 3.5A. It comes in an 8-SOICE package and can operate at a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ). The MP4462DN-LF-Z is ideal for applications that require a step-down voltage regulator.
