The DAC0808LCJ is an 8-bit monolithic digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a full-scale output current settling time of 150 ns while dissipating only 33 mW with ±5V supplies. No reference amplifier is needed as a result of the constant input impedance. The DAC0808 also features high compliance output current which ensures the output voltage swing will not affect linearity. It is designed to interface directly with TTL, DTL or CMOS logic levels.
