The SN7473N is a dual master-slave J-K flip-flops with clear and preset from Texas Instruments.

  • Function: Two independent J-K flip-flops with individual J, K, clear, and clock inputs
  • Trigger: Transitions on the falling edge of the clock pulse
  • Clear and Preset: Independent of the clock, accomplished by a low level at the appropriate input
  • Package: 14-pin plastic DIP (Dual In-line Package)
  • Recommended Vcc Power Supply Range: 4.75 to 5.25 volts
  • Typical Voltage: 5 volts
  • Applications: Frequency division, counters, control circuits, toggle flip-flop conversions, industrial and commercial applications
