The SN74HC253N is a high-performance, dual 4-line to 1-line data selector/multiplexer with 3-state outputs from the renowned manufacturer Texas Instruments. This integrated circuit is part of the 'HC' family of products, which signifies the use of silicon-gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to LSTTL gates with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits.
