The BAV200-GS08 is a standard diode rectifier from the BAV200 series of discrete semiconductor products. It has a maximum DC reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified current of 250mA (DC). The maximum forward voltage at 100mA is 1V and the reverse recovery time (trr) is 50ns. The device has a capacitance of 1.5pF at 0V, 1MHz and a current reverse leakage of 100nA at 50V.
