Description

The 4N36TM is a high-speed optocoupler manufactured by Fairchild/ON Semiconductor. It is designed for use in applications where high isolation voltage, high noise immunity, and high-speed data transfer are required. The device comes in a 6-DIP package and has a forward voltage of 1.18V and an isolation voltage of 7500Vpk. The device has a minimum DC current transfer ratio of 100% @ 10mA and a switching turn-on and turn-off time of 2μs, 2μs. The device has a maximum output voltage of 30V and can operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. The device has a continuous forward current of 60mA.
