The Maxim Integrated DS1220Y-200IND+ is a high-performance, 16k Nonvolatile SRAM designed to provide a reliable and durable memory solution for industrial and critical applications where data persistence is paramount. The integrated lithium energy source and control circuitry constantly monitor VCC for an out-of-tolerance condition.
