The Maxim Integrated DS1230WP-150+ is a high-performance, 256k Nonvolatile SRAM designed to deliver reliable data retention while eliminating the complexities, overhead, and system level reliability problems caused by battery-backed SRAM. With a memory capacity of 32k x 8, this device integrates a quantum trap storage element with each of the 262,144 SRAM cells, ensuring data persistence without the need for a battery.

  • Data Retention: Guaranteed data retention for a minimum of 10 years at the industrial temperature range.
