The HCPL-3700 voltage/current threshold detectionoptocoupler consists of an AlGaAs LED connected to athreshold sensing input buffer lC which are optically cou-pled to a high gain darlington output. The input bufferchip is capable of controlling threshold levels over a widerange of input voltages with a single resistor. The outputis TTL and CMOS compatible.
