The TC74HC151AF is a high-speed CMOS 8-input multiplexer fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It selects one of eight data inputs (D0-D7) based on the three address inputs (A, B, and C) and routes the selected input to the output (Y). An enable input (E) is provided to disable the output when high. A complementary output (W) is also available.
Applications

Additional Details
The TC74HC151AF is supplied in a 16-pin package. The selected input is routed to the Y output when the enable input (E) is low. When E is high, the Y output is low, and the W output is high. This multiplexer is valuable in a variety of applications where multiple data sources need to be selected and routed to a single output. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
