The UDN2985A is a high-current, high-voltage power Darlington transistor array.

  • Designed To Drive: Inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, DC and bipolar stepping motors, as well as other high-current/high-voltage loads in positive-supply applications.
  • Operating Voltage: Up to 50V
  • Operating Current: Up to 5A per channel
  • Output Clamping: Internally clamped to limit inductive voltage spikes
  • Inputs: TTL-compatible
  • Compatibility: Compatible with CMOS and PMOS logic
  • Available Packages: 18-pin dual in-line package (DIP) and a 20-pin plastic small outline (SOIC) package
