The Bourns CDSOT23-SM712 is a bidirectional zener diode with a STAND-OFF voltage (Vwm) of 7V (Max), 12V (Max) and a minimum breakdown voltage of 7.5V, 13.3V. It has a maximum clamping voltage of 14V, 26V and a peak pulse current(Ippm) of 17A (8/20μs). The diode comes in reel - TR packaging and can operate in a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is suitable for use in circuit protection and is commonly used in communications and networking applications.
