The CMPD6001C TR is a surface-mount standard diode manufactured by Central Semiconductor Corp. It has a reverse voltage (Vr) of 75V, a forward voltage (Vf) of 1.1V at 100mA, and a reverse recovery time (trr) of 3μs. The diode has a current leakage of 500pA at 75V and can handle an average rectified current (Io) of 250mA per diode. It is packaged in a SOT-23 case and has a fast recovery speed of 200mA (Io).
