74VHC157MX Logic IC Description
The 74VHC157MX is a high-speed CMOS Quad 2:1 Multiplexer fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The device features a common, active-low enable input (E) and four identical 2-input multiplexers. When E is high, all outputs are forced low independently of other inputs. The select line selects between two data inputs, operating the multiplexers as digital electronic switches.
