The Fairchild/ON Semiconductor HCPL2630 is an active isolator with two channels, a data rate of 10Mbps, and an open collector output type. It has a minimum DC current transfer ratio of 50% at 10mA and a maximum DC current transfer ratio of 150% at 10mA. The HCPL2630 has an isolation voltage of 2500Vrms and a common mode transient immunity of 10kV/μs (Typ). It has a propagation delay tpLH / tpHL (Max) of 75ns and a rise and fall time of 50ns and 12ns, respectively. The HCPL2630 is ideal for use in applications such as power management, motor drive & control, and computers & computer peripherals.
