The 74ALVCH16373TTR from STMicroelectronics is a high-speed, low-voltage 16-bit transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs. This integrated circuit is designed for 1.65V to 3.6V VCC operation. In the latter state, the outputs neither load the bus nor drive it, effectively isolating the bus.
