The Maxim Integrated MAX333ACWP+T is a high-performance, quad single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch that offers a perfect blend of low power consumption and high switching speeds. This device is designed to operate with a single +5V supply or dual ±5V supplies, making it versatile for a wide range of applications such as signal routing, data acquisition systems, and communication devices.

With its low on-resistance of 100 ohms max and on-resistance matching between channels of 2 ohms max, the MAX333ACWP+T ensures minimal signal distortion and provides excellent performance for both analog and digital signals. The on-resistance is also matched within 5 ohms between the two switch positions, which helps to maintain signal integrity during switching.

The device features fast switching speeds of 250ns max for turn-on and 200ns max for turn-off, allowing for quick signal routing and minimizing latency in critical applications. The low charge injection of 10pC max helps to reduce signal perturbation during switching, making it suitable for precision applications.

The MAX333ACWP+T offers a high off-isolation of -60dB at 1MHz, which minimizes crosstalk between channels when the switch is in the off state. Additionally, with a total harmonic distortion (THD) of 0.02% max, it ensures high-fidelity signal transmission, which is essential for audio and instrumentation applications.

For enhanced reliability, the device incorporates fault protection against overvoltage up to +36V or -36V, which prevents damage to the switch when voltage spikes occur. It also features a continuous current rating of 30mA max, which is sufficient for most low-power switching applications.
