PD70224ILQ is a dual-pack MOSFET-based full-bridge rectifier designed for Powered Devices (PDs) in Power over Ethernet (PoE) systems. It integrates low-RDS(ON) 0.16 Ω N-channel MOSFETs for high efficiency and low forward drop, supporting IEEE 802.3bt, 802.3at, and 802.3af standards up to 95 W. The device operates over a wide voltage range up to 57 V, features low leakage during detection, and includes built-in indicators for 4-pair identification. RoHS compliant, MSL3-rated, and available in a 40-pin package.
