E-ULN2004A High-Voltage, High-Current Darlington Transistor Array

The E-ULN2004A, manufactured by STMicroelectronics, is a robust array of seven NPN Darlington transistors capable of delivering high-voltage and high-current performance. This integrated circuit is designed to efficiently drive a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, and thermal print heads.
