Additional Details:
The TC74VHC238FT(EL,K) features three enable inputs (E1, E2, E3) to facilitate easy cascading for expansion to 4-to-16 line decoders, etc. When all enable inputs are low, one of the eight outputs is selected based on the three binary select inputs (A0, A1, A2). When any of the enable inputs are high, all outputs are forced to a high state. The device is supplied in a TSSOP16 package. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The outputs are active low. The device provides true outputs with respect to the inputs.
