Description

The TC74VHC273FT is an advanced high-speed CMOS octal D-type flip-flop with clear fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. This device contains eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with individual D inputs and Q outputs. The common clock (CK) and clear (CLR) inputs control all flip-flops.

The input and output pins are designed to prevent latch-up, further ensuring reliable performance.
