The ON Semiconductor MC74AC00DR2G is a high-performance, quad 2-input NAND gate integrated circuit designed to operate with exceptional speed and reliability. This device is a part of the advanced high-speed CMOS (AC) family, fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology which achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

With its compact SOIC-14 package, the MC74AC00DR2G offers a minimized footprint on printed circuit boards, making it an ideal choice for space-constrained applications. Each of the four independent NAND gates performs the Boolean function Y = A•B or Y = (A+B)’ in positive logic, where Y is the output and A and B are the inputs.
