The MAX333ACPP+ from Maxim Integrated is a high-performance, quad single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch that is designed to provide precision and versatility in a wide range of applications. Constructed with Maxim's proprietary silicon-gate process, the MAX333ACPP+ boasts an on-resistance (R<sub>ON) of just 100 ohms max, which is matched between channels to within 5 ohms and remains flat over the specified analog signal range. The device also offers low charge injection, making it ideal for precision sample-and-hold circuits and other applications where signal integrity is paramount.

The MAX333ACPP+ can operate from a single +5V supply or dual ±15V supplies, providing flexibility in various system designs. Additionally, the device has a high off-isolation of -75dB at 1MHz, which minimizes crosstalk between channels.

For enhanced reliability, the MAX333ACPP+ includes fault protection against overvoltage up to ±40V.
