Diodes Corporation introduced the DGD2136, a fully integrated three-phase gate driver IC chip designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. Floating-point high-side drivers and bootstrapping allow the DGD2136 to switch up to 600V; standard logic-level inputs down to 2.4V provide a simple control interface.
