Description

The MIC3003GML TR is a high-efficiency, synchronous boost regulator from Micrel, now Microchip Technology. It is designed to provide a regulated output voltage from a lower input voltage. This regulator integrates a low RDS(ON) MOSFET switch to minimize conduction losses and achieve high efficiency. It also features internal compensation, simplifying the design process and reducing external component count.
